Like a Pick your own Path adventure book except all the characters are real and there’s walking involved!

Like a “Pick your own Path” adventure book, you decide which path we follow, our guide won’t even know where we are headed until you pick from one of our 3 tours on arrival. Will we be retracing the footsteps of Cork’s famous on an “All the Worlds a Stage/Screen” adventure or meeting those responsible for our “Rebel City” reputation or maybe we’ll be stepping back in time to meet some “Saints and Sinners”? No matter what you choose you’ll discover the highlights of Cork’s 1500-year history, meet a city full of quirky characters and engage with our hysterical actor guide on this truly unique walking tour that’s all about what you choose… and Cork obviously.

Our Reviews

Yes, in fact we love having kids in our audiences, they always ask the best questions. We even provide highchairs and baby bowls for our youngest guests free of charge. All Children receive complimentary drinks during the meal and we present each and every one of them with a little souvenir gift when they are leaving after being given a chance to take a photo as a gruesome head on a spike!

Yes, Paul street car park is a multi storey car park, which is clearly signposted and accessed from Lavitts quay. It costs 2.70 per hour. Our venue, Amicus restaurant, is located directly in front of the pedestrian exit onto Paul St/Rory Gallagher place, so you can’t miss us.

Yes, there is a bar in the venue where you can buy local beers, whiskeys and Gin as well as wine, non alcoholic beverages and tea and coffee, before and during the experience. Children under 12 years old receive our house special “Razza” (raspberry cordial ) free of charge during the meal.

Yes. We would like you to tell us in advance though. Pre-ordering helps us to be kinder to our planet. We prepare a set menu of locally sourced food from the AMICUS kitchen garden and other local suppliers which we can adapt to suit your needs. We only prepare what is needed each evening to avoid any food waste making us a more sustainable tourism business.

Unfortunately, no. We are located upstairs in AMICUS restaurant which is a historic building with no elevator.
